Deposit Policy (Spring,

Reservations require a deposit of one night’s lodging and tax due at time of booking.

Reservations require a deposit of one night's lodging and tax due at the time of booking.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for holiday season).
Cancellations: (Spring, Summer, Fall)
Cancellations made more than 14 nights prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 nights of arrival will forfeit the deposit of one night’s room and tax. Any nights dropped upon day of arrival will be charged a $50 change fee.
Cancellations (Winter)
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival (60 days during holiday season) will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s lodging plus tax. Cancellations within 30 days or less of arrival (60 days during holiday season) are subject to full forfeiture of all moneys on account. Any nights dropped or canceled after booking will be charged, including early departures.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, available from the Sonnenalp Resort of Vail. Please inquire about travel insurance when making your reservation.
Extra Person Charge & Children
Children 5 and under stay free in their parents’ room or suite using existing bedding. Extra person charges of $47.50 per night apply for children 6-11 and $72.50 per night for persons 12 and older. These extra person charges include breakfast. Rates do not include tax, gratuities or parking. Rates, dates and packages are subject to change without notice.
Parking Fee
The Heated underground parking fee is $20/day.
