Sonnenalp Resort of Vail accommodations include a full breakfast in Ludwig’s restaurant. Rates are based on double occupancy except when noted for quad occupancy.* Children 12 and under stay free in their parents’ room or suite using existing bedding (up to 2 children). Extra person charge of $25 per night applies for persons 13 years and older. Rooms and suites are subject to maximum occupancy policies. Rates do not include tax, gratuities or parking. Rates, dates and packages are subject to change without notice.

 

Deposit Policy.
November 24 through December 18, 2010 and April 3 through April 23, 2011:  Reservations require a deposit of one night’s lodging and tax due at time of  booking.
All Other Winter Dates: Reservations require a deposit of one night's lodging and tax due at time of booking.  Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for holiday season).
Cancellations.
November 24 through December 18, 2010 and April 3 through April 23, 2011:  Cancellations made more than 14 nights prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 nights of arrival will forfeit the deposit of one night's room and tax.  Any nights dropped upon day of arrival will be charged a $50 change fee.
All Other Winter Dates: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival (60 days during holiday season) will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.  Cancellations within 30 days or less of arrival (60 days during holiday season) are subject to full forfeiture of all moneys on account.  Any nights dropped or canceled after booking will be charged, including early departures.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, available from the Sonnenalp Resort of Vail. Please inquire about travel insurance when making your reservation.

 

Parking Fee
Valet parking in the Sonnenalp Resort’s underground parking garage is provided at a rate of $20 per vehicle per day.
