Rates are per night and do not include tax. Maximum occupancy in a 2 bedroom condominium is 4 guests. Maximum occupancy in a 3 bedroom condominium is 6 to 8 guests, depending on condominium. Parking shall be in designated areas only as directed by the front desk. There is one parking spot available per unit.

One Willow Bridge Residences is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed in the condominiums or on the premises. Check-in time is 4:00pm mountain time. Check-out time is 11:00am mountain time. Late check-outs are not permitted.

Reservations require a deposit of one night’s lodging and tax due at time of booking.

Deposit Policy (Winter)
Reservations require a deposit of one night's lodging and tax due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for holiday season).

Cancellations: (Spring, Summer, Fall)
Cancellations made more than 14 nights prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 nights of arrival will forfeit the deposit of one night’s room and tax. As of day of arrival, early departures will be charged a $50 change fee.

Cancellations (Winter)
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival (60 days during holiday season) will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s lodging plus tax. Cancellations within 30 days or less of arrival (60 days during holiday season) are subject to full forfeiture of all moneys on account. Any nights dropped or canceled after booking will be charged, including early departures.

Parking Fee
The Heated underground parking fee is $20/day.
