Rate Policies
Accommodations at the Sonnenalp generally include the extensive breakfast buffet in Ludwig's restaurant - - after all it is the best way to start your day! However, we also offer room rates without breakfast. If that better suits your needs, please ask for details. Rates are based on double occupancy except when noted for quad occupancy.* Children 12 and under stay free in their parents' room or suite using existing bedding (up to 2 children). Extra person charge of $25 per night applies for persons 13 years and older. Rooms and suites are subject to maximum occupancy policies. Rates do not include tax, gratuities or parking. Rates, dates and packages are subject to change without notice.

Parking Fee
Valet parking in the Sonnenalp's underground parking garage is provided at a rate of $24 per vehicle per day.
Pets
We welcome well-behaved dogs staying with our guests in our ten pet-friendly rooms. There is a $100 cleaning fee, limit of one dog per room and a 100 lb. limit. Based on availability. Dogs are not allowed in public spaces other than designated areas.
Deposit / Cancellation Policies
April 14, 2013 thru December 20,2013 and April 6 thru April 19,2014
- Reservations require a deposit of one night’s lodging and tax due at time of booking.
- Cancellations made more than 14 nights prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 nights of arrival will forfeit the deposit of one night’s room and tax. As of the day of arrival, early depurates will be charged a $50 change fee

Deposit Reservations require a deposit of one night's lodging and tax at time of booking. This is a non refundable deposit.
Cancellation Cancellations made at any time will forfeit the deposit of one night’s room and tax. Any nights dropped or cancelled after arrival will be charged. Final balance of folio is due at time of check out.
December 21 thru January 4, 2014
- Reservations require a deposit of one night’s lodging and tax due at time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s lodging plus tax. Cancellations within 30 days or less of arrival are subject to full forfeiture of all moneys on account. Any nights dropped or canceled after booking will be charged, including early departures.
