Rate are based on double (or quad) occupancy,
and vary by season and suite type within the following
ranges:
Spring & Fall: $175 - $825
Summer: $250 - $1125
Winter: $525 - $3300
Value: $280 - $2000
Holiday: $605 - $3600

lodging and tax due at the time of booking.

Reservations require a deposit of one night's
lodging and tax due at the time of booking. Full
payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days
for holiday season)
Cancellations:
(Spring, Summer, Fall)
Cancellations made more than 14 night prior to
arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations
made within 14 nights of arrival will forfeit
the deposit and one night's room and tax. As of
day of arrival, early departures will be charged
a $50 change fee.
Cancellations
(Winter)
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior arrival
(60 days for holiday season) will be subject to
a cancellation fee of one night's lodging plus
tax. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival (60
days for holiday season) are subject to full forfeiture
of all moneys on account. Any nights dropped or
cancelled after booking will be charged, including
early departures.
Extra Person
Charge & Children
Beyond standard occupancy and extra person charge
of $72.50 will be charged. There is an extra charge of $47.50 for children between 6 and 11. Children 5 and under stay free in their parents room using existing bedding.
Parking Fee
The Heated underground parking fee is $20/day.
