Balata hosts the Blue Note Café True Jazz Wednesdays during winter and summer high season, Wednesday nights from 7 pm, dine in the restaurant or Spike’s Pub and enjoy live entertainment from ’s most talented jazz musicians.

Fridays getting rockin’ at Balata with Friday Rocks in winter featuring signature margaritas, martinis and live entertainment. The fun moves outside in summer with Friday afternoon Decks and Decadence parties from 6 pm.
